Prices and Payment

We generally require a 50% deposit to place an order. Balance is due on collection or delivery. We accept Debit, Visa and Mastercards, not Amex.

All prices quoted include VAT @ 17.5 % and are based on collection, charges may apply for delivery and assembly.

Goods

We and our suppliers may from time to time alter specifications of goods.

All dimensions either quoted, specified or asked for are approximate only.

Due to climate change you may find swelling on doors and drawers, this is normal with a natural product. Generally goods will rectify themselves within 7-10 days, you may find rubbing the end of a candle along moving parts may free them – please do not force anything.

Movement, knots, graining and colour variatons are all charactaristics of solid wood and should be viewed as such, not as imperfections.

Delivery/collection

Estimates given for delivery or collection are only approximate and must be treated as such. Many different factors can have an adverse affect on manufacture/importing/delivery, rest assured we will do everything in our power to get your furniture ready as soon as we can although we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage related to any reasonable delay.

Items must be thoroughly checked over on delivery or collection as we cannot accept any resonsibilty for products which have been delivered to an address or collected from our shop.

If we are delivering your furniture we will take reasonable care within your property, but cannot be held responsible for any damage done entering or moving furniture within your house.

Returns

Incorrect or faulty goods must be reported within 7 days.

Products made or altered specifically for you may not be refused or returned nor will we provide any refund, unless they are defective or have been damaged by us in transit.

Every effort has been made to ensure the complete accuracy of our website, however some prices/details contained in our website may change from time to time and it is possible errors may occur. We will do our best to rectify any errors but we cannot be held responsilbe for any losses incurred.
